How I Lead

I lead from a people-first, servant leadership philosophy — open and transparent, grounded in authenticity, and focused on building psychological safety, inclusive and belonging environments, and teams that trust each other. I believe in collaboration and community over solo heroics, and in building systems that are sustainable long after I’ve moved on.

Outside of Work

When I’m not working or volunteering, you’ll find me working my way through one of my local book clubs’ reads, out on the pickleball court, or making the most of each outdoor season. I love to travel and experience the world, especially the food and drink each place has to offer. At home, I share space with two adorable cats and an ever-optimistic garden I’m still growing my skills around. I’m a life-long learner with a strong growth-mindset, and a bit of a news addict who likes staying on top of what’s happening in my community, region, and the world.
